Part of the Donegal Corporation, Delta Contracting was founded in 1994 to extend the company’s reach into the southeast, allowing them to provide asphalt milling solutions to the entirety of the mid Atlantic region. With one milling machine, our single crew milled day and night, transporting between jobs until purchasing a second machine at the end of that first year. In the early 2000’s, North Carolina’s “Move Ahead” campaign marked a season of significant growth for Delta Contracting as the state sought to make critical improvements to its infrastructure. Delta Contracting has played a key role in these revitalization projects ever since.
Today Delta Contracting operates a fleet of 36 milling machines, water trucks, sweepers and countless pieces of support equipment, enabling them to provide multi-width milling and specialized cutting services throughout the southeast. Delta is headquartered in Haw River, North Carolina where it relocated in 1999.
